You are right, could be a house with 50 more years for the lease to expire, cos a 5-room HDB flat can fetch 1 million dollars if the location is good and there are  many more years before the 99-year lease expires.........

so 2022 - 1975 = around 47 yrs.... so 99-47=52 years left (< 60 yrs)

must buy with cash? no bank loan??
