I first time tried giant grouper meat. Thought it's tough but really much nicer than I thought.

This I agree too for most cases until I visited a Chinese restaurant at paragon. But that was many years ago. They gave me a chicken broth that looks clear like water but it was very rich when you taste it... Dunno how they did it, hopefully not msg only..

Lol....I had same experience in lijiang. Ordered mushroom soup which was quite expensive and there's totally nothing inside the bowl except clear water. But after 1 sip then I realised why so expensive.
