Is this in USD? Are these figures referring to defence spending or something specific within the defence spending? It should be something very specific within the defence spending because USA's defence budget was US$734.34 billion in 2019. Not US$35.4 billion.

Yah, a lot of money goes to ST Eng. Basically it's left pocket goes to right pocket. All to feed the high salaries of management.
