UOB FD rate used for OA fixing but cannot transfer OA to FD @ 3.95%.

Yet,  CPF Board allows transfer OA only to OCBC FD @ 3.40%. 

Why abused the service and discriminate against UOB?

You’d better come back Spore and queue up at UOB branch lah. ANZ FD x 12 m is 4%
