PAP always makes the simple problem complex.
just increase the supply of flats will solve the problem.
if there are 10 applicants for 1 flat, just increase the supply so that there are 5 applicants for 1 flat.
every year, why must there be always be 10 applicants for 1 flat ?
if PAP refuses to increase the supply but keep changing the application criteria, the shortage and affordability problem will always remain there for the next 50 years.
increase supply, the price will drop and shortage problem will be reduced.
Housing crashing soon. Then no need worry because there will be alot of stocks and no buyers.
Puzzled, if our birth rates is so low, how come so much demand? From new citizens?
