I think this also extend to the Ceca ppl. Basically I will treat this issue as blue collar and white collar. China and Ceca ppl many kinds. Some come here is do blue collar jobs and some is do white collar jobs. In general do white collar jobs got more monies so their attitude we see in the news of that Ramesh. But if it is those paint building, cut grass Ceca ppl doing I met them I think they are ok not as bad as those their same Ceca white collar ppl. For China I meet same those blue collar and white collar. China blue collar I meet are in coffeeshop economic rice stall, tze char stall, delivery etc. White collar are those IT and finance ppl. Due to nature of work their attitude quite different.
To sum up, I would think do what kind of jobs (blue or white collar) shape what kind of attitude and it is regardless it is China or Ceca.
