For me as I need visit my mum in YCH I go back I go and buy $3 carrot cake black. I almost one year never eat so yesterday and today eat to get back revenge. Still ok pricing and taste. But I know if I add 20 cents more I can get $3.20 nasi lemak that got one piece of fried fish but just my craving.

I prefer carrot cake over char kway teow for a reason I dunno why. Maybe it is just me. Msia carrot cake not as famous as their char kway teow though.

I hate SG carrot cake...all chop until smaller than rice. Each time I order hv to tell them I want large pcs.

Penang carrot cake is super big pcs....sedap!

I prefer smaller pieces though. I guess different ppl different taste. I don't like Penang char kway teow. I prefer Spore sweeter version. I more like sweet flavor over salty flavor. Also Penang laksa I don't like as put funny fruits inside their gravy and I think some fish paste? Totally cannot enjoy it. So food is about each individual preferences. One man meat is another man poison I read somewhere.

Lol.... Penang ckt and laksa actually quite terrible. I kena con go and try. But the Indian ckt version quite nice. Even their durian there also lousy....just super sweet only.
