why NTU never cross checks that it is password protected ?
one person does the password protect, another person need to cross check that it is password protected.
just simple login to see if one can see the content if it is not password protected.
simple thing also cannot do, how to be minister ?

Sounds like NTU is very low tech despite its name. Still using password-protected pdf to distribute online exam.
