Nowadays the HDB bedroom very small, can only put a queen size bed and not much space left already, designers help people to store things under the floor, as a result ceiling is getting lower in the tiny room
The size of 5 room is like 4A in the 80s
Hdb design is worst than a 40yrs old apt in China.
Having bedroom and hall facing walkways is really fark up.
Reduce size and sell high = big profit
Next also can build more
Bs HDB never profit
the shrinking of bedrooms and kitchen is very obvious

Living room is also getting smaller, in the new design of BTO, they merge living room with kitchen to save space, dinning table is next to the kitchen. If people want more space, the agent suggested that they shall knock down the wall of one of the bedrooms so that living room will look bigger. Miserable design and greedy developers.
