IMO, he's doing very badly. Telling people not to call MoH hotline? That's a sign of dis-organisation. No clear guidance to people on what to do after they test themselves positive with ART.
not an easy job. either someone who had learned how to control the virus while in school which is not possible, or someone who's very smart. otherwise they hv to keep trying until the virus goes away
Just just ask people to use test kit but didn't tell what to do if positive...call MOH no reply ...wait & wait for the reply...see pte GP ; they scared scare and ask to refer MOH ?....also no answer ...
