Temasek conducting internal review to draw lessons on FTX loss; current audits stringent and sufficient: DPM Wong

“What happened with FTX therefore has not only caused financial loss to Temasek, but also reputational damage.

“Temasek recognises this and has issued a comprehensive statement to explain its due diligence process and the circumstances leading to its investment in FTX,” said Mr Wong.

So Temasek all along never check where $$$ goes to? Put in own pockets also nobody knows right?

Just like MND inside stole $m and only discovered 10yrs later.
..
Why now and wasn't done 20-30 years ago,?

What's going on all these years?

Hahaha

How come No one knows what's going on inside Temasek..?
Conducted by "Independent Team"

from KPMG, SGX or Elon Scrubbers?
Should convene a committee of inquiry in parliament, to check whether there are systematic lapses in how Temasek is run. FTX is not the first case already. To check for systematic problems, you can't appoint someone inside the system to check. Otherwise of course the conclusion is "no problem".

No Ministers or President knows what's happening in Temasek..

The crytocurrency FTX investment losses should be kept as top secret and not be leaked at all.
Tsk tsk tsk...

Whatever they do will have retribution

They may not believe in retribution............ crying
It should have been done long ago and well b4 FTX losses..

Now, Temasek reviewing everything only after FTX losses shows nothing has been in place.
look like this case cannot see any light at all leow.
if current audits are stringent and sufficient, then why did it happen?
power/$ is really a evil.

A few years back, I remembered got one Hojinx said on TV at an Investment seminar, saying let's invest and make money together.
It really make my toes laugh. All those gullible people still believed it to be so real.
They want the high salary and the high position

But Little Responsibility?

What kind of PAP Culture is that?
