Just came out salted caramel....its like nothing you have tasted for 3 in 1 coffee ..just heavenly.

Caramel is not healthy...drink in moderation.

Salt is not good for high blood pressure adults

3-in-1 coffee is bad.

Better to get coffee powder instead IF you must drink coffee.

For me I just have black coffee with fresh milk.
