That is the most practical solution..........

Keep renovation simple. 
No need those false ceiling or spot lights. 
Basic necessity. 
No money, don't loan. Spend within one's mean.

Less than $50k good Contractors won’t want to take your job.

You are left with those self employed, one man show “interior designers”.

To add to your financial woe, if you signed off for $50k, you’ll end up paying 10-15% more due to variations.

It’s all about money today.

That is a good advice, don't take loans to spend extravagantly.......just stick to bare necessities.......

Don't do major reno for now

i am sure more of these companies will

disappear suddenly half way next year
