Without bias. If Tesla is good I will buy it same for Alibaba.
Why Master Leong is correct ....here are the reasons
1. Tesla inflated valuation will slowly come down to that of traditional car company. Already we see margin pressures bringing down prices and margin and this will continue.
2. Alibaba with its vast business scale.and integration has a monopoly advantage and a huge moat. The business scales like other platform businesses due to tye network effect.
3. Alibaba stock price is very depressed relative to its prospects due to regulatory uncertainty and delisting fears ...both are starting to fade and stock is rising.
4. Tesla valuation is full of unrealistic hype when in fact Tesla is behind competitors in many areas.
