Dont understand how come she needs to waste so much of her $$$ in her mental treatment.
Learn to let go is the first thing you to do if you are under enormous stress.
She needs to find out what is the missing factor in her health and emotion.
It is not easy to overcome it but there is always solution. She can only save herself.

Psychiatrists don't treat mental health, but can only provide guidance. Rather than spend 2k monthly, it is up to oneself to change lifestyle and remove stressors from everyday life.

Learn to let go is the most difficult thing to do in life. Family, money, fame, sex and above all, life. Take your pick on which one you're clinging on to.
