Just one day ago was 3.8%
This sudden collapse of HIBOR is just the beginning as the system is now flushed with trillions in liquidity and nobody needs the funds as demand for loans remain weak.

The US 10yr is also falling quickly now 3.4%

I expect the SGD SORA to follow suit as the rush to deposit without loan demand will flush the system and lower rates.

remember to define MONEY and currency correctly
we have fed repo
we have currency repo a 100trillions market hidden from balance sheet

USD/SGD trendline intact

SGD weakening

down and then up is THE process to show collaterals no good
u know yield goes down price goes up. reverse repo gets u 3.8 without risk
so the next fed fund rate will be at 4.3% fed repo.
rehypothecations wll be greatly reduce collaterals no good.
Bad apple will be shown one way or another.
no reserve no currency just balance sheet management
woa str. down

But here the demand for property is still there and many will have to borrow from the bank.

Unlikely the SORA will drop in the near term.

Overnight SORA is dropping!!!
Imagine the billions people are pushing into FD to earn 3.8%
Banks will be holding too much cash and demand for cash is low due to property sales falling.
I believe HIBOR will just drop below 2% by end Dec.

The FED rate hikes are out of steam.

It will all turn.
I checked and the SORA keep on increasing from 1 Dec to 7 Dec
