RIP. This is a needless accident. Too many reckless cab drivers.
Taxis are the most reckless and ill-discipline drivers. I wouldn’t dare to take taxi unless really urgent. Horning unnecessarily and driving so fast beating red lights.

Veteran Serangoon Secondary School teacher Ho-Tan Chor Hong passed away after the taxi she was riding in was involved in an accident at a junction near Upper Serangoon Road on 30 July.
