Yeah. These are exercises should be carried out at least 3 times weekly. I do all (or variation of them) besides the breathing exercise.
Best to do all 3 types of exercises: aerobics (jogging or brisk walking etc), strength (as in the article and more), flexibility and balance (stretching, yoga etc).
