My mom wants to change 2 doors and paint the house.

Those contractors and agencies will lie their way through when you call to talk to them.

For the laypersons out there, they just have no choice but to pay what the cunning contractors dictate. 

Unless you are lucky to  meet the more reasonable and honest contractors.
