Singapore has achieved good health outcomes, with one of the lowest infant mortality rates and highest life expectancies in the world. However, is our healthcare truly universal?

Have ....if you sell your HDB ...medical is affordable. That's what I learned. That is what I learned recently.

To have universal medical care, like Canada or Taiwan the pap govt would have to tax the rich. That is next to impossible as it violates their ideology that if rich start leaving Sjngapore will be worse off.

The way would be to spend less on defense. You would think for being one of the world's most militarised state that would be possible given the excessive amount spent...but again it is embedded in ideology that we cannot ....

Trapped in all this thinking we can never have universal healthcare like Taiwan France and Canada.

The only way left is to change PAP's equation by voting against them. This makes sense when medical care become increasingly out of reach. Like mainland Chinese tahan covid zero to a point then they revolt
