Are bosses insisting on returning to the office for the right reasons?

They just want to see you clock hours. End of the year appraisal they can only see how much hours you have clocked to determine how good a worker you are. They don't know what the worker had done for the company. All credit goes to the bosses.

But if dun go back office I see some workers idle at home. Of course there'll be some really hardworking ones but these may be the minority. Many took the chance to rest.

Frankly , they have the right.If can't accept, then a person can look for a job that has no office ,eg.... Insurance and property's agent.
