Not surprising , this is why MESSY come ballot etc. For those really want to buy and stay will ....Because some is ballot , got it , is like strike lottery and Park there for 5 years literally never even stay inside. Yes all default HDB setting never renovate , never touch up etc .Like New BTO Flat selling , just like HDB selling it.....

There's HDB inspection before sale. Now no need ah?
