To be fair Jipan issue ish manpower shortage due to low birth rate and aging population, so they encouraged their retirees to go back to workforce especially those mundane jobs in the retails and service sectors if not would have to rely on FTs to fill up these needs, but many jipanese ish also not happy with having so many FTs coming into their country too.
