Actually the documentary didn't really go into the school system. It just talked about the parents' approach to educating their children, and even then, it's only one family.

The Aussie Education system focus more on Social interaction

so most of their degree holders are merely our O'Levels

The Aussies I know here are mostly Recruiters and heard earning $25k per mth

So why we study so hard when the job is the same but citizens are paid lower?

Decades of such an education what is the aftermath locals do grab and food panda ...and the best jobs goes to people graduating from education systems of developing countries.

The chance of a ẞingaporean going to uni is half that of Japan and one third that of Taiwan and S.Korea


The PAP elites tell citizens that their children don't need degree but import degree holders to compete against Sibgaporeans.

If degree is not needed why import foreigners with degree to compete against us.
