the way road block are done for pub work and gardning is at some time beyond understanding.
like there is a turning lane and they are doing work in the lane that is not in the turn to lane but they block it. like when they need to dig a hole. they block the road of lane before and also block after. when the after part is near to the traffic junction but not needed for the digging. they just block for parking their vehicle, not lorry that is used to carry the earth off but small cargo vehicle that was for unknown purpose. more needs to be done to be considerate for other road users. people understand road block for safety to do work. cannot undersstand any how block base on standard instructions. especially block use for parking in a very busy lane. no consider road user traffic jam loosing time.
