knn nowaday many hawkers pattern many many just becos more ppl eating outside after covid.
The govt should come down hard - take away the licence to stop all these nonsense.

if the hawker refused to sell, ask nea to take away his licence. then he can forever don't sell

Stupid stallowner got money can earn don't want to earn.
If the customer want two bowls of rice and refuses to pay more for the extra bowl of rice, then it's his fault.
But this situation... never even ask him pay more for extra rice straight away say don't want do business with him, 100% is hawker fault.
Even if NEA doesn't revoke the hawker's license, I hope everyone with a brain cell boycotts him until he closes down.

if customers ask for free rice than is wrong. but now customer is paying. one bowl of rice may be charged $1 nowadays depending on where it is.
