on the average temasek and GIC should be ok since their capital base is large and they ahve good people.
important for them to watch their cost to earning ratio. no point if their cost is so high that higher earning got eaten away by the people working in them and not pass on to rest of sin people. good talent need pay high to get. but blindly pay high will result in attracting good and fake. also result in these talent taking excessive risk. as high performance over short time frame may force it. happy new year to all. thanks God that we are all still alive and kicking in 2023.
