I think I met him some yrs ago but don't know him well.. He is quite well known to cycling enthusiasts. Think he was in his late 50s.

Heard he was cycling on a foldie and had heart attack at one of tye slopes in NTU.. As far as I know he seemed very fiit.

He had many cycling adventures taking his bike around world and filming his ventures.

Well loved by the cycling community in Singapore.

A neighbour in his 50s collapsed while playing badminton. It is another sports which cud be dangerous to some

Must learn to grow old graciously.

Nowadays, so many heart problems and cancer cases.  

It must be due to vaccines. 

I have seen very healthy persons suddenly have cancer or heart attacks or strokes.
