Loose means those meat are the edges left after cut into full pieces and accumulate to sell. Those will be cheaper correct?

All bak kwas taste pretty similar.

It is same like pork meat some prefer 三层肉五花肉 some prefer no fats. Those like fats in real life I see all a bit ba ba.

If you live old enough on Earth, you see ppl who like to eat those fatty meats in real life all a bit ba ba. Those eat lean meat more skinny no meat. I guess this is only logical as our body change to what we put inside our mouth. Those fatty ba ba ppl make fun of skinny ppl say they rather die eating full than die not eating much. Not wrong either just different perspective.

I think some yrs ago I bought some Fragrant bak kwa it was terrible. Bland and not sweet.

I was thinking bak kwa is quite "standard" even no brand bak kwa taste the same as branded ones...how come they can mess up their bak kwa


Last national day I passed by their store they had a big offer wary of my experience a few yrs ago I asked for sample to try..before buying one one pack. The taste is the normal standard bak kwa taste.

I have since purchase 3 other times from them and taste is okay ...I.e..what one expects ....no different from others.

Bak Kwa is the most deadly food in this world. Dunno invented by China or Sinkees/JHK. Better dun touch. .....
