Actually is need MORE Blue collar workers. NOT White collar workers. There is a BIG un balance in SG workforce now. TOO many White collar workers and with inject of so call " foreigner talents " . Govt still pushing so much project works which need lots of Blue collar workers doing it. Now is Too much " Talkers , eye power on top ".

They always " mix Talents with workers " People keep mention is not we against foreigners.
People is referring are those " White collar foreigner talents is TOO MANY on top still with us the Locals??? "
Locals don't do much blue collar job, this is the fact now a days .
I preferring so call Blue collar jobs , Like security guard, cleaners, construction workers, waiter , etc these job which require more on physical , labour.
Now SG is work force is " Unbalance " Too many " Talkers , eye power On top aka white collar workers "

Next Greedy PAP still pushing so much BTO project, upgrading this and that???
and these project need lots of blue collar workers to do it.
This is why you see MANY Town Council upgrading works NEVER Finish in time worst some put on hold like years...

Blue collar workers include cleaner so locals want to sweep floor wash toilet etc? Need to define what jobs is blue collar
