It is not only Sim Wong Hoo who died this way, but also an angmoh who did a marathon die too..........

Life is safer not running the marathon. I ran these long distance races till my early 30s

Actually I still can.  But my fellow runners all got cartilage problems in their mid 30s so I decided to go easy

And switch off till now

I don't think Sim died of running for marathon. He ran and was alright.  

The last 3 years, there wasn't even a marathon due to Covid. He couldn't be dead due to marathon.  

The only new factor is mRNA vaccine from 2021. My guess is it is due to mRNA vaccine.   

Even US CDC has this suspicion, Pfizer and Moderna are doing a study to link the sudden death to Vaccines.  

I think 2 hours I can at best run 10km now... Even marathon eating also cannot finish much in 2 hours...

I can marathon 5 hours in bed, no issue
