Actually many have taken without developing issues.
Issue may affect a small number and varies in severity.

Hence authorities considering all the risks including coviditself  which is also a risk...to carry on vaccination.

For myself j already had 3 shots and had not contracted Covid yet. 

I am putting off the 4th
shot as more data comes in
