HK is very safe n very confident to face any crisis cos they have a solid OCBC behind them...0 expenditure/ budget on defence, hard working resourceful , intelligent , homogenous population ..
Full employment, cheap water, utility supplies etc..no need to worry about food supplies n practically nothing to worry as long as tbe bludy stupiid residents mia chor luan..

Let's take the best case....3000 peak infections a day...every month 90,000 ,180 deaths. To reach herd immunity you need around 30 months. ...5400 deaths. ..to maintain at 3000 you need relatively tight restrictions.

The covid zero strategy is to go to zero first then start to remove restrictions. ...then keep at low cases and light restrictions from there...
