Chan needs another 20 Years Training as MoF

and cannot be better than Ravi Menon

so why waste so much money and time training Cotton?
Actually Heng should step aside once he doesn't want to be PM.
Maybe he sensed that PM was undermining him.  Heng was the collective choice, not the PM’s which was cotton Chan.

So by packing him off to East Coast he saw the writing on the wall already.  See how flustered he was about the we have an East Coast Plan Big Grin

So Heng was the collective choice, but seems that he could make the grade.  Cotton Chan seems to be the next candidate to be DPM if Heng steps down..... Laughing nudie
