QP can be two cases , One is computer random generated the 6 numbers which you tell the counter , One QP
Another case , this fellow write " his/her own set of numbers ".

Why need to pool? Unless you claim this fellow gather a bunch of people buying like 100 bucks or few hundred bucks of QP ?
