Haha, LPPL, driverless cost saved still need to pay a safety operator
SG law not readily for this, as Gov still dunno how to handle if driverless banged pedestrian, there is this legal/moral gap need to fill. 
It is always human driver fault whenever car bang pedestrian , but robot banged pedestrian leh? CEO,CIO, remote operator, the person who design the whole system. LTA who approve this ?
