The head of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Oleg Nemchinov has confirmed the news of a series of layoffs via Telegram. It concerns five regional governors, those of Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhia, Kiev, Sumi and Kherson. In addition, four deputy ministers are also dismissed. One Deputy Minister of Defense, two Deputy Ministers for Development of Communities and Territories and one of Social Policy.

The series of layoffs is probably part of a major corruption scandal in Ukraine.

When Ukraine is at war with Russia, how can their ministers and governors be caught of corruption.  The money involved is a huge sum, in the region of euros 300 million....
