% wise, quite low which is normal as Huawei is headquartered in China and very few foreigners worked in Huawei China % wise (similar to most other countries). Outside of China, the % is very much higher. 64% of Huawei's employees in those offices are locals.

Indian is totally unlike Chinese. Many Chinese will return to develop own country. Indian is opposite, all wanna run away.

This is not possible for them at all. They love our strong currency and want to work here till 50 or 60 years then return to India for Golden Retirement.

Yes best timing to go back for helping theirs villagers to building more toilets.. 

My office has CECA transferred to SG

Some after 3 or 6 mths, find a better job in other companies in SG

resigned and left happily

Return to India, my foot!

I suspect some of these Indian companies in Singapore are hosting them until they find a better job elsewhere. Know of one has many Indian staff inside but not many business in Singapore. How can this company survive hiring so many staff but not much work to do here?
