if you plan to upgrade ... since you dont want to pay huge amounts of ABSD ( i am not loaded ),
do you sell your HDB first or buy the Condo first

So the natural answer is to sell first , but ..you can be temp homeless if the buying process screwed up , example you saw a condo you really like but by the time you want to buy, its already sold and you sold your flat
or 
the buyer of you HDB decided to pull out and you end up with 2 properties and the screwed , now you have to fire sale your HDB 

Anyone with experience can share
