USA keep exporting recession/ inflation to the world is met by muted response by the world. 

But when China bringing down prices, China is being accused of exporting deflation (How ingenious?) to the world and a great crime. 

Why when causing mayhem to the whole world is so noble and no one say anything but when the other person breaking their back and bringing down prices to the whole world become so criminal?
