They have many bases at one time.

after opening up, many rushed to buy R&F phase 2. phase 1 all taken up.

Those who are super rich can go anywhere with their money. 

But, after Assmerica and European countries confiscated Russian assets overseas, it has become much more risky for Chinese to park money in Angmoh countries.

They will buy more HDB units for million $.
