stupid ideas to tax earning. loose money gov pay?
just build more flats to create more supply. stop pr from buying to reduce demand.
reduce the resale min stay period to 3 years will release 2 years of stock.
already buy from open amrket why still need min stay. another out dated idea to curb demand.
at the front it curb demand after a while it become limit supply.
