移民与关卡局星期五（2月10日）发文告说，从2月27日起不再发放实体长期准证，这一措施适用于由移民局发出的长期探访准证（Long-Term Visit Pass）、学生证（Student’s Pass）以及社会与家庭发展部批准的眷属准证（Dependant’s Pass）。
