How come we got pork to export? I thought we are have to rely on import pork for our consumption. .... Thinking

That's my first thought too. Could be processed pork products? Pork imported from Indonesia and get processed before exporting to Taiwan?

Bakua?
They can get it from their surrounding countries like Macau. It is cheaper and better, eg. Bak Kwa. Their Bak Kwa is thick and you can see the muscle of the meat.
Because of this.. Pork from SE Asia were banned.
