Why link Vietnam ,Indonesia hydro power or M'sia nearer...Vietnam via SCS dangerous got war,natural disaster like typhoon etc and far away.

Vietnam let sembcorp set up 12 big industrial parks.

You are right to indicate the problems in importing electricity from Vietnam, why get it from such a far country and not from West Malaysia and Indonesia.................?
