just got this msg on my phone

im assuming some asshole trying to use the card online....

in any case only have $4 in the GrabPay wallet....

called CS and they were not much help
had to explain to the CS guy NUMEROUS times before he understood, then hold on - then he said the dept will investigate and email me..

in the meantime the only way to lock the card is using the app and a new physical card is $10
