Government has raised the hdb resales grant. 
HDB sellers will also raise the selling price in tandem or higher since buyers got the "windfall".

Many going to increase their selling price.

perhaps this is why A lot Young gen go become property agent.

It is making the sale of HDB flats more expensive than ever..............

So those not qualified for the HDB increased grant also have to prepare to pay for higher resales HDB.

Many resales sellers are asking their agents to jack up the selling prices now.
