4-day workweek trial: Shorter hours, happier employees, LONGER OVERTIME.

last time before ford company
USA EU UK work 6 to 7 days

then ford company set a standard of 5 days work

everybody start to follow ford 5 days workweek

now they trying a new standard

Personally I see this is just a self dilution about being "happier" with shorten work hours or days.
Next time, Thursday will be the new Friday...and same pple will be asking for 3-days work week.
if one really enjoy what they do...this is just a pointless exercise.

I agree that the 4 day work week is unsustainable..........it is too little hours of work to be effective..........

No worries, Sg implementation will be 3 day work week to beat the rest of the countries. But number of hours remain at 44 for each work week. lol

Those who work or ask for 4 day week expect normal services to be available 24x7.
