[JUST IN] S'pore will revert to the 2-person limit for dining in hawker centres, food courts & coffeeshops, from July 19 to Aug. 8, 2021.
However, dining-in for groups of up to 5 persons may be allowed for dining in at select F&B establishments, subject to certain conditions.

Blame them for what. They do what they want to do. Just like cecas will always want to come in, it's a matter of whether our govt let them in.

All 3 parties share equal blame. Govt because they are dumb to really believe that these ktv operators and the vietcong chickens will really pivot to F&B. And not being proactive enough to take prompt enforcement action.
And these evil KTV operators and viet girls who will be causing the whole country to go into a lockdown again. How dumb, even now when catch red handed they claim these ktv girls are only their customers and not their freelance staff.
