Better dont allow cat to keep in the HDB for those living in high floor. Cat can jump high, may accidentally jump out of the window if there is no proper window grilles if the owner did not put in full attention on the cat.

If a cat wants to jump out of window in a HDB flat, there isn't much you can do.  It is the cat's funeral..................

But the HDB must approve this policy to make it legit to own a cat in the flat...................

This is a lucky cat, some cats died on the spot but never reported in the news.

Actually 2 main groups.
One main group is LKK group and the other is one particular race group.
